Contact Form

Name, email address, service type, message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

AI Chat (free)

Conversation content with the AI assistant, IP address, and a generated conversation summary. After the chat ends, a form appears where you can provide your email and phone number. This data is used for follow-up contact and inquiry qualification.

Technical Data

The server (Vercel) automatically logs IP address, browser type, and request time in technical logs. This data is used for security and diagnostics.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Responding to contact inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Providing the AI consultation service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Ensuring website security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Data Processors

Data may be shared with the following parties:

  • Supabase (database) — storing chat sessions and messages
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — processing conversation content to generate responses
  • Resend — sending summary emails
  • Vercel — website hosting and server logs
  • Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google servers (your IP is shared with Google)

The above parties may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area (USA). Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact form data — until correspondence is concluded, up to 12 months
  • AI chat sessions — 12 months from the conversation date
  • Payment data (Stripe) — per tax requirements (5 years)
  • Server logs — up to 30 days

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Rectify your data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO in Poland)
